Lunches and coffee breaks during the scientific sessions, as well as Welcome party and all scheduled social events will be offered free of charge).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00a0&#8211; Student registration fee:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 <strong>290 Euro<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">*<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>(Reserved to the first 50 registered students)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Student must present a regular student Ph.D. certificate during the registration process. The 50 students will be selected based on the order of registration and payment of the fee. This fee allows the same rights of a full registration fee).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00a0&#8211; Accompanying person fee:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<strong> 250 Euro<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">*<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n(It allows to participate in the Welcome party and all scheduled social events).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">*<\/span><\/strong>Fees are exclusive of VAT which will be added to the current tax rate<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you have provided all your relevant personal data (and Ph.D. certificate for student), you will be required to pay a registration fee, which can be done by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bank transfer<\/span>: proof of payment must be sent either by fax (+39 0577 232134) or e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:servcong@unisi.it\">servcong@unisi.it <\/a>Details for the bank transfer can be found on the e-form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Credit card<\/span>: the system automatically accepts payment online and you are therefore required to insert your credit card details in the relevant fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Registrations cannot be considered confirmed untill payment has been received.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nRequests for refunds must be made in writing to the e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:luca.bini@unisi.it\">luca.bini@unisi.it<\/a><br \/>\nThere will be a \u20ac 100 processing fee applied to refunds requested by July 31, 2014.<br \/>\nReimbursement will be done after the meeting.<br \/>\n<strong>No refunds can be made after July 31, 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, but please send an e-mail informing us of the change.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please remember that the number of participants is limited to 400 and they will be selected based on the order of registration and payment of the fee.
