WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Registration (Regular, Junior, Industry)<\/em><\/strong>
Access to all scientific sessions, congress kit, certificate of attendance, welcome reception, coffee breaks and light lunches, social dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanying Person Registration<\/em><\/strong>
Coffee breaks and light lunches, social dinner. The Accompanying Person fee does not<\/strong> include access to scientific sessions or the congress kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One-Day Registration<\/em><\/strong>
The One-Day Registration option is intended as a last-minute registration opportunity and will become available after the closure of the Early Bird and Regular registration periods, starting from June 2nd<\/sup>, 2026. Availability will be subject to the number of remaining places. Please note that the One-Day Registration fee does not<\/strong> include access to the welcome reception or the social dinner. Participation in the social dinner is possible by purchasing a separate ticket. The selected day of attendance must be indicated during the registration process. To complete the One-Day Registration, participants are kindly asked to send an email to ctb12@unisi.it<\/a>, specifying the day they wish to attend. A confirmation email will follow, after which payment instructions for the registration fee will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation policy<\/em><\/strong>
For cancellations received before April 30th<\/sup> 2026 the registration fee shall be reimbursed by the Organizer. Please note that Banking costs will not be refunded.
