WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE
Registration (Regular, Junior, Industry)
Access to all scientific sessions, congress kit, certificate of attendance, welcome reception, coffee breaks and light lunches, social dinner.
Accompanying Person Registration
Coffee breaks and light lunches, social dinner. The Accompanying Person fee does not include access to scientific sessions or the congress kit.
One-Day Registration
The One-Day Registration option is intended as a last-minute registration opportunity and will become available after the closure of the Early Bird and Regular registration periods, starting from June 2nd, 2026. Availability will be subject to the number of remaining places. Please note that the One-Day Registration fee does not include access to the welcome reception or the social dinner. Participation in the social dinner is possible by purchasing a separate ticket. The selected day of attendance must be indicated during the registration process. To complete the One-Day Registration, participants are kindly asked to send an email to ctb12@unisi.it, specifying the day they wish to attend. A confirmation email will follow, after which payment instructions for the registration fee will be provided.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations received before April 30th 2026 the registration fee shall be reimbursed by the Organizer. Please note that Banking costs will not be refunded. No refunds will be possible after May 1st, 2026. Cancellation requests must be submitted by conference email.
