Prof. Magda Rowińska-Żyrek works with the Biologically Active Metallopeptides Group at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wrocław. Her research focus on the bioinorganic chemistry of antimicrobial peptides, zincophores, metal–peptide interactions and peptide-based therapeutics. Her research thrives at the interface of chemistry, biology, and medicine, driven by collaboration, curiosity, and shared scientific enthusiasm.
