- Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations will be accepted until April 16th, 2026.
- Abstracts should be submitted by email to ctb12@unisi.it no later than April 16th, 2026.
- Submit the abstract as a WORD file
- Name the file using the author’s first name and last name (Name_Surname.docx)
- Indicate in the email subject line whether the submission is an oral or poster contribution
- All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Organizing Committee.
- Notifications of acceptance (oral or poster) will be sent before the deadline of the early bird registration fee.
Please note that full payment of the registration fee is required for accepted abstracts to be included in the Conference Book of Abstracts and Programme.
