The deadline for abstract submission is presently 1 May, 2022. However, we will aim to respond to all abstracts submitted within 2 weeks of submission to confirm acceptance.

Guidelines for abstracts:
Together with the submission of an abstract, authors should indicate the most appropriate topic and should also state their preference for an oral or poster presentation.
Oral presentation: 20 minutes (15 min + 5 min discussion)
Poster size (B1): 1000 mm (height) x 700 mm (width)

General rules for formatting:
Page size and orientation
- Page size: A4 (297 mm height x 210 mm width)
- Orientation: Portrait
- Margins: 2 cm all around
- Length: max. one page A4
All abstract text must be in English (all oral and poster presentations must also be in English)
Title: Arial 14 point bold, all capitals, text left aligned
Authors (text left aligned):
Presenting Author: Arial 11 point underlined, with superscript numbers referring to affiliations
All other Authors: Arial 11 point, with superscript numbers referring to affiliations
Affiliations: Arial 10 point, italic (text left aligned)
Email of Presenting Author: Arial 11 point, italic (text left aligned)
Abstract body text: Arial 11 point (text alignment “justified”)
Line spacing: All line spacing should be set to single
Figures and Tables: Figures and Tables must not be included
References: Citations should be in-line, as a number enclosed in square brackets . The corresponding reference list (in numerical order; Arial 10 point) begins two line spacing below the end of the text. Please use this order: Authors, Year, Journal, Issue, Pages.
